AI SLOP MOP · RESPLENDENT RESUME BUILDER
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These plugins provide writing instructions and supporting resources inside ChatGPT or Codex. They do not operate a separate backend or send your documents or conversations to me.
Who this policy covers
I am Adam Manuel Rojas, an independent developer. This policy covers my AI Slop Mop and Resplendent Resume Builder plugins, related support correspondence, and visits to this policy page. It does not cover my other applications or replace the policies of OpenAI or services you choose to use.
Your writing and career information
To complete your request, ChatGPT or Codex may process information you provide, such as document drafts, your name and contact details, employment and education history, achievements, job descriptions, and other task-related material. Resume Builder uses that information to prepare career materials; AI Slop Mop uses it to draft, edit, or review writing.
The current plugin packages contain instructions, reference documents, templates where applicable, and images. They have no publisher-operated API, MCP server, user account system, telemetry, or executable scripts. I do not receive, retain, sell, or use your plugin inputs for advertising or model training through these plugins.
Do not include passwords, API keys, government identifiers, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information. Share only what is needed for your task.
OpenAI, connected tools, and generated files
Your conversations, uploads, and outputs are handled by the ChatGPT or Codex environment you use. OpenAI's processing, retention, and available data controls depend on that service, your account, and any workspace settings; see OpenAI's privacy policy. This policy makes no separate promise about OpenAI's retention or use of data.
If your task uses another tool or connected service, that service may receive the material needed for the task under its permissions and privacy policy. The plugins do not bundle their own external service connection.
Files created in your local workspace or a connected document service remain in that location until you or its retention settings remove them. They are not copied to a publisher-operated store. I cannot delete your OpenAI conversations or files held in your workspace or another service.
If you contact me
If you voluntarily email [email protected], I receive your email address, name if supplied, message, and any attachments you send. I use them to answer your question, troubleshoot a reported issue, or handle a privacy request. Email is handled through Gmail and its service providers; see Google's privacy policy.
Routine plugin-support correspondence is deleted from my active mailbox within 12 months after the last exchange, or earlier on request, unless it must be retained for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute. In that case it is retained only as long as that reason requires. Email-provider backups and deletion processing follow the provider's rules. Do not email a complete résumé or private document unless it is necessary for the issue.
Visits to this policy page
This page has no forms, advertising, analytics scripts, third-party fonts, or application cookies. Delivering it still involves ordinary network processing: Cloudflare and the website's origin server may process technical request data, including an IP address, requested path, time, and response status, to deliver the page and operate or troubleshoot the website. This is separate from plugin conversations and uploads.
Origin request logs are retained in size-limited, rotating hosting logs and removed as those logs rotate. There is currently no fixed age-based deletion deadline. Cloudflare's processing and retention are described in its privacy policy. Following an external link subjects your visit to that website's policies.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can limit or redact the information you provide, use the privacy and deletion controls available in your OpenAI account or workspace, revoke optional tool connections, delete generated files where they are stored, and uninstall the plugins.
For information held by me, email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. Identify the relevant plugin and information without sending unnecessary sensitive details. Any applicable privacy rights remain subject to the law governing your request; account and service data must be managed with the provider that holds it.
Changes to this policy
I may revise this policy as features, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. I will update this page and its date before introducing new data practices, and provide notice and obtain consent where required for a material change.
Changes apply prospectively. Updating this policy does not, by itself, authorize a new use of information collected under earlier privacy commitments. Any such use must have a valid legal basis and any required consent. The support-email retention period is a limit on retaining those messages, not a waiting period for updating this policy. The statements above describe the current skills-only plugins; this section does not enable advertising, telemetry, or a future backend.
